About Macho

Macho was picked up as a stray and taken to a shelter we help. He was very sad at the shelter and really perked up when our volunteers met him. We were able to save him because one of our fosters agreed to bring him into her home. Now, Macho has completed his veterinary care and he is ready for adoption. We know he will make his adopter very happy.

Macho is a tiny little guy, and he loves to be with his person. He will sit with you as soon as you let him. He follows his foster everywhere and just wants to be with you. He is a calm boy and likes to take naps on a comfy bed.

He hasn’t shown any interest in the cats in his foster home, so he’s a good fit for someone looking for a cat friendly dog. He does great with other dogs too. Macho has been with children as young as 8 and he gave them kisses.

Macho is a Chihuahua and he weighs 6 pounds. He is 2 years old.
He is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped and is current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention. He is heartworm negative.
