Tobias was rescued as a stray from a parking lot in New Haven. He is currently in a foster home in Southington with male cats and a dog. He is a friendly, affectionate guy who needs to live in a calm environment with only one or maybe two other cats. He is fine with kittens and adult cats who are calm and confident. He is afraid of dogs and young children. We are currently working with Tobias to help him overcome some fear-based behaviors which may have developed due to an unfortunately difficult life prior to his arrival. He will need an experienced cat owner with patience to continue this work. He eats canned food only. He is a year old, and has been neutered, vaccinated for rabies/distemper, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
